Deposit:  ​

• 50% deposit is required 30 days before arrival.

Remaining balance and Damage deposit to be paid upon arrival. 

• Refundable Damage deposit of  $100.00

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

 

Cancellation:

• Minimum of 14 days before arrival 

• Early cancellation subject to a 10% administration fee  

• Late cancellation and No show will forfeit your deposit
